All books listed in our site are kept in stock. We'll ship, pack and post all paid orders received in our office before 3pm (Sydney Time) Monday to Friday.

What to do if you have not received your order?

Please check these details in the link to Australia Post above if you have placed an order and have not received your order within a few days.

The next thing to do is to call your local post office to enquire if they have the parcel there. Contact us if they indicate there is no parcel there for you and we'll provide you with the tracking reference number for your order and a contact number in Australia Post so you can have them track it down.
